Our peaceful coastal retreat sleeps up to four guests, with dogs very welcome. Bookings are generally Saturday to Saturday, from March through to the end of October.

However, if you can’t find the dates you’re looking for, please get in touch — we may occasionally be able to accommodate alternative arrival dates.

A few things to know before your stay

Booking your holiday cottage

To secure your stay, we simply ask for a 25% deposit when booking. The remaining balance isn't due until four weeks before your arrival.

Arriving & settling in

Rostowan will be ready to welcome you from 3pm on your arrival day, and we kindly ask that you depart by 10am.

You'll find tea, coffee and fresh milk waiting for you, so you can pop the kettle on, put your feet up and start enjoying your Cornish escape.

Rostowan is reached via a ¼-mile private track, suitable for standard cars but not low-clearance vehicles. Due to its location and layout, the cottage may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Making yourself at home

Your stay includes bed linen, bath towels, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine. There's also a separate utility room with a washing machine and additional freezer.

Dogs are very welcome, with a small additional charge of £20 per dog, per week. We simply ask that you bring your own beach towels and bedding for your four-legged friends.
