A quieter corner of Cornwall

A peaceful coastal retreat between the tranquil waters of Froe Creek and the golden sands of Towan Beach

Tucked away on Cornwall’s beautiful Roseland Peninsula, Rostowan sits in a wonderfully secluded spot between the tranquil waters of Froe Creek and the golden sands of Towan Beach. It’s a place to slow down, breathe out and enjoy Cornwall at a gentler pace.

From the doorstep, wander onto the South West Coast Path and discover dramatic cliffs, hidden coves and unforgettable sea views. Towan Beach is just at the bottom of the lane, while the pretty fishing village of Portscatho is an easy stroll away, with welcoming pubs, excellent places to eat and local shops.

Dogs are very welcome too, with a private enclosed garden and wonderful walks straight from the door. Towan Beach is dog-friendly all year round, as are many of the beaches nearby.

Whether your days are spent on the beach, exploring the coast, sharing long walks with four-legged friends or simply doing very little at all, Rostowan is somewhere to switch off, settle in and enjoy this beautiful corner of Cornwall.

For many years, Rostowan has been lovingly run by my parents, welcoming guests to this beautiful corner of Cornwall.

From 2027, I am delighted to be taking over. While you'll notice a few changes, the peaceful setting, exceptional location and personal welcome that make Rostowan so special will remain the same.

I look forward to welcoming both returning and new guests to Rostowan.

A Personal Welcome
